We've been awful about posting, but hopefully we will get better this year!

Our family at Easter!
We had an Easter Egg hunt! At Easter, we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus. We went to church today, of course, and we got to see family and play together. After we hid our eggs twice, we threw all our (real) Easter eggs as far as we could into our woods; it was awesome! We played with Stella in the backyard and Daddy worked on his buggy.
Signed- Graham

Today Mommy gets to boast. Today, I am posting video of Graham's first oral book report at school. His whole class presented these in 1st person on Halloween. Graham chose Jake Drake: Class Clown, by Cynthia Rylant as his book. Because Paul and I are former teachers, we take these things pretty seriously around our house. Of course, we reviewed with him the night before to make sure he was super-prepared.
For those of you who know Graham well, you know he is a clone of his father. Most days, I am so thankful that he acts more like Paul too. Today, however, he has given indisputable proof that he is mine.
Enjoy.

Ok, I am actually posting without my Blog Manager. I guess I'll have to let Graham add his thoughts after school today.
Ansleigh and Campbell turned 5 on Friday (after my birthday on Thurs). I got to spend a lot of time with them at school. After volunteering in Graham, Campbell AND Ansleigh's classes, I got to bring special birthday cupcakes to the cafeteria for the girls to share with their classmates. I'm fairly certain it was a big hit! :)
On Saturday, we had a small group at our house (mostly family) for birthday cake. The girls had a great time and were so happy to see all the folks who were here.
I am so thankful for the gift of my daughters- it's hard to believe it's been 5 years since their triumphant entrance to this world. God has taught me a great deal through my children, and I am so incredibly proud of the little people they are becoming.
